I ordered an item from Hollister co., but the website had problems in it. After I made the transaction with paypal, Hollisters website gave me an error and I never got an confirmation email from them. PayPal sent me a receipt for transferring money to the seller, but in PayPal it says my transaction is Pending, so my question is this: is the money coming back to me automatically, if the seller doesn't acknowledge the transaction, or do I have to dispute the transfer? I've already contacted Hollister with email as well as from their customer contact form, but haven't yet received any answer (It has been only 2 days tho). I hope the seller will place my order manually and no refunds has to be done. What can I do?
