Same. Perhaps about a week now for me. iPhone SE 2022 iOS 17.0.3 Tried changing password, turning off fingerprint, changing passcode, deleting, hard reset of phone, re-installing, numerous times and nothing changes. Still freezes and can't access anything. I can access online that's all.
