Hi all, New to this Paypal problem thing, but here goes: Bought item off seller, item not received, approaching 3 weeks now. Lodge claim with Paypal. Seller has not responded to Paypal by required date, but still no refund. This is now causing me financial hardship as the item is urgently required and I need the refund to buy the item. The "thief" of a seller even had the cheek to TRY AND SELL ME SOME "**bleep** & BULL" STORY ABOUGHT WRONG POSTCODE! Since then correspondence has died. Stay away from nikkingram6!
