Hi. I shipped an item a few days ago & created the label through PayPal. The buyer contacted me today checking status and when I checked tracking it says it was delivered today. However the buyer states she did not receive. I don't even know where to start. The item she purchased from me was for $100. Am I going to be out the $100 AND the item?? Someone please lead me in the right direction. Thanks so much 🙂
