The whole point of this forum, is to educate people, on how to read before they buy. Even on sites that accept PAD, you may not be able to buy certain items with PAD, such as items over $200. Besides the fact that some people don't read the Terms and Conditions, and don't know that the limit is $200, there may be people who have used the service and lowered their limit by overdrafting account even after the 14 day time limit.. ... Their system is not flawed.   When you log in to PayPal, you add a form of payment, usually your bank account, or credit card. You can add both, and you can add multiple credit cards. At paypal's checkout screen, it will tell you which payment method it is going to use. You can choose between bank account, or credit/debit card. When you sign up for Pay After Delivery, through PayPal, it adds PAD as a payment option. Any online store that allows PAD, (such as eBay,) will let you choose PAD instead of your bank account, or credit card, as a payment option. If it's not listed, then you can't use it; but, you must choose it.    Don't forget, all of this stuff was in the terms and conditions you had to agree to, in order to use Pay After Delivery.    If you have any more problems, please post, and be specific so we can help you out.  ... There is no "button," if your account is elegible, and the store allows, it will say "Pay after Delivery" on the checkout. If you were to normally place an order like this, after you login to paypal to pay; but, before you actually process the payment, it will be in the same position that your bank account's name, or credit card's name will be in.. Like mine says "regions bank account" if the store doesn't allow PAD; but, if it does, it will say, "Pay after Delivery" in the same spot..   Sometimes, it will say the name of my bank account, and look like it's going to use my bank account/credit card; but, as soon as I click to start the paypal process, it will change to PAD. So it is absolutely necessary to get to the last button in the checkout process in order to tell.   Ebay accepts pay after delivery, at least on every item I've purchased so far.. ... View more
