PayPal Community

I am unable to link my bank to my PayPal account. I eliminated my original account with Wells Fargo since i am closing that account. I want to link my PayPal account with my Wells Fargo checking account instead but when i try to add this account i get an error message indicating that i already have that bank linked up. the problem is i now do not have any bank accounts linked with my PayPal account and thus cannot transfer any funds to my checking account at Wells Fargo. how can i remedy this? I set up a couple of new users and assigned their limited access rights. When any of them login they see my name in the profile icon. Furthermore they are able to access information on the company that only I was to access such as link bank account or business setup.
