Hey, there is a customer or group of scammers not sure what are they, they are registering in my store and then buying any digital product, and after delivery opening cases against me/my store, they have done this 3 times continuously and my account now in negative balance, and now I locked my store to sell local only because they continue doing that, I don't how to explain this. I'm an old user of Paypal and my clients are paying without any issues, I don't know how to face this kind of scam, spam, phishing, or fraud, not sure what it calls on the web.
