Hello, I'd like to choose the right PayPal account type. My account is based in Egypt and I'm a freelancer who gets paid every 2-3 months and wants to withdraw my money to my Visa issued in my country, Egypt. I really can't get a clear straight answer on the fees applied to Personal and Premier accounts when 'receiving money', specifically from a US-based account that sends the money using a PayPal balance 'not a credit card'. I want to know the right account type that won't let me pay any fee upon receiving money this way, and if the fee is obligatory in all accout types, which one suits me, a Personal or a Premier one? Note: I'm not going to use my account to sell anything or receive money from a credit card. Thanks.
