Thank you for your attention my friend. I had tried that one previous to posting here however, since i got a message stating that it wasn't possible to connect to an agent I though the chat was brought offline for some reason and so decided to give it a go here in the community in the hopes that someone might know something new in regards to this question that i believe it's a great addition for everybody.
