So, what basically happened is that I seemed to have accidentally given PayPal too much information and now they have my account with some limitations (because I am not 18 years old). I now cannot do anything with my debit card on PayPal for selling and buying clothes on eBay. Thus, I was wondering if I could just close the account and make a new one with the same bank account / debit card / email / etc. in order to resume my normal PayPal/eBay/selling/transferring money/etc usage. I hate how I wanted to have my account at 100% and sent them a picture of my SSN / Driver's License! Thanks, Kaizen.
