I am not feeling the love on this one. As soon as the transaction from Best Buy is completed, I will be closing my PayPal account. Ridiculous how no one can explain nor remedy this "mini stroke" situation. They (PayPal and Best Buy), as per all the posts in this chain, should have looked into this when they first became aware of it. If it's a glitch, fix it! Then good luck trying to contact someone on PayPal with their automated crap!
