As far as I know the only problem is venmo . It's horrible . Rendered useless. Years ago someone was using my PayPal credit account (bill me later) They will allow me to pay via phone use debit card or savings Only problem is the 1$ we had to send for verification. Never credited. Or 8 had to call them. As far as I know the only problem at this time is my bank. It has been compromised not by PayPal I. Had enough money to pay PayPal I received an NSF from bank The payments had posted with no problem to PayPal! Then my bank sent 2 more payments to PayPal, 300$: I called PayPal. No problem with them or my account. She understood problem with my bank. Im addition I told her to keep 2nd payment. .
