This is the first time I have ever been scammed so I am still trying to figure it out. I had the shoes posted on ebay and thats when he reached out to me and asked me to ship them overnight and said he would pay extra. So I changed the prices on the shoes and told him that he needed to buy asap and he replied through a text message saying that he already transferred the money to my paypal and I should get an email. So I got an email saying the money was there and I checked my paypal and it wasn't there, but I figured maybe the status had to be set to delivered before the payment officially was available. It never showed up.

I got an email payment receipt. It's like this Please respond to this email with tracking. It'll confirm that you sent the item(s) and you won't get a response until the tracking updates to "Delivered" or the buyer confirms the item. You can get your funds as quickly as 30 minutes after buyer has confirmed it has been delivered. We recommend you ship items within 24 hours after your buyer pays. Copyright © 2014 PayPal, Inc.
