hi can anyone please..i bought a tablet from the uk (turns out seller is in china but warehouse is in uk) after 2 months the tablet was faulty,seller said to send it back to uk warehouse,which i did,they received it 27th november 2015.they kept saying they would send a new one,they didnt so escalated a claim through paypal..short of it is,i have tracking number,they received it,case is now closed in the sellers favor,so i have no tablet and no refund..paypal said: The tracking information you provided was invalid, and we were unable to confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund. i can clearly see on royalmail website that they have received the item as it had to be signed for.what can i now do?i feel so let down and cheated by paypal!!..thanks
