Made two payments from Paypal in January.Paypal take the amounts from my bank account automatically to cover these payments. My bank statement clearly shows these two payments going out to Paypal. Problem is that Paypal have paid the receipients, but the money coming in from my bank account is not showing!! They are now chasing me for the money again. I can never get through on the phone, my messages are being ignored and my complaint lodged 7 days ago has also been ignored. In the meantime, I've had a letter from a Debt Collection Agency!! Where do I go from here??
