hello everyone so basically like a weeko ago i withdrew money to Credit Card. logged in yesterday to my account and thats what i see Mar 22, 2016: We need a little bit more information about some money you recently received or withdrew. (Your case ID for this reason is PP-004-692-570-854.) This limitation cannot be appealed. i contacted them and no answer. please help me i cant even close this account to make new one. thanks
