I am a book seller and ship non-auction sales via USPS "Media Mail". Can I purchase media mail shipping with labels on the PayPal website? I've read this was possible but on the menu of shipping methods for under "Shipping Methods and Rates", I do not see Media Mail displayed. Is it no longer available via PayPal? Is there another online source for this? (It is not offered on the USPS website. They make you stand in line at the post office for it.)
