Hi, I see this could be an outstanding issue, despite being in theory solved a while ago. Here is my story. I have a paypal account, which I opened with an email address hotmail.com. I verified the email address and received the notifications that I received 2 payments, none of which ever show up in my account nor in my balance. I the added another email address (a gmail.com one), which once again i verified and marked as primary. I informed the people who had to send me money and in the last 2 days I received: - 1 Payment, to the gmail.com account correctly processed and shown in my funds. -1 Payment to the same gmail.com account that I am supposed to confirm/claim but when I click on Claim money I end up in my landing page and there is no way to claim it, as it does not show anywhere.
