Hi, I recently started freelancing for a US company who pay thru PayPal. When they made the first payment, PayPal refused to accept it. I emailed PayPal and got a packaged genetic response which did not help. I'm from Egypt and I have a personal account. Will upgrading to business help? Can someone tell me what to do?
