I purchased an Item that was shipped to me from the U.S. The company selling the product lied about what the product can do and has many fake reviews on the product description (I later found out). In the Escalated Paypal dispute, Paypal says to get a refund, paypal wants me to pay for return shipping back to China. If a seller knowingly lied about the features on an item, why should I have to pay for return shipping, let alone return shipping to a different country? Is there anyway for a buyer dispute the results of the Paypal Escalation Claim?
