sharpiemarker: "If you sent a payment, there should be a PayPal email address for you to contact your seller on the transaction details page of the payment in your activity page." No, there was no "PayPal email address" for me to contact the seller. sharpiemarker: "Did you receive a PayPal email notification for the purchase?" Yes. sharpiemarker: "Perhaps the email address is found there?" No. I was not looking for "a" way to contact the seller, because (quoting from my first post): "I see the seller's email and can contact them via regular email -- I am not asking how to do that. I'm looking for the specific steps/links to use here on PayPal" to use the process where (again quoting from my first post) "The transaction page says 'If there's a problem, make sure to contact the seller through PayPal.'" To repeat yet again, I had the sellers email, but PayPal said "'If there's a problem, make sure to contact the seller through PayPal." "THROUGH PAYPAL" -- that was the crux of the issue, as I saw no way to contact the seller "through PayPal" other than via the dispute process, which I have repeatedly said I was not initiating. Either there is a non-dispute method to "contact the seller through PayPal" or there isn't. Well, is there a non-dispute method to "contact the seller through PayPal," and if so, what is it? If there isn't, PayPal needs to remove the erroneous verbiage.
