Hi Guys, I have created a paypal account and found out that my country was set to "United States", then I received 122$ from a freelancing website.. now i want to transfer the amount to another paypal account for a friend in Egypt to withdraw them for me, but i keep seeing this message " We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.". And I can`t confirm my Phone No. Any solution please?
