I recently sold a phone online to an individual. They suggested we is PayPal to handle the payment. I received an email saying $450 was pending to my account from PayPal. I had to ship the item and provide tracking info to PayPal. I did everything that I was asked. This was five days ago the item has now bn delivered but I still have not received any money in my account. I have contacted PayPal many times. I can't seem to get anywhere with this matter. I have bn in daily contact with the buyer. He says I need to go to Western Union and send $150 so my $450 can be released to my account. Is there anyone out there who can please help me with this situation.
