I was actually able to get ahold of customer service with eBay (after digging for a contact email or phone number). Spoke with a very nice and helpful service rep, who informed me of the tracking number which I was able to monitor and get txt updates on and she then transferred me to someone at PayPal (I think...) and they also informed me that it had been shipped. I am having the same issue.  I made a Guest purchase for the following product on ebay:   http://www.ebay.com/itm/SALE-V2-Pro-Series-7-Premium-BLACK-3-in-1-Kit-FREE-PRIORITY-MAIL-V2-DEALER-/282339452149?hash=item41bcbe24f5:g:RDYAAOSwImRYc7Ft   The transaction has cleared my bank account for $99.95, but I never received a confirmation email.  Please help!  I do not want to start a dispute process or a refund, I just want the product advertised.  Or at least an email confirming that they received my funds, and the product is on the way.      ...
