Did your issue ever get resolved? I am having the exact same issue. I went to buy something on HSN and it had paypal as an option, so I chose paypal, but then kept getting an "order error." I am then told that I need to remove paypal because they don't accept paypal (well, why on earth did HSN offer me paypal to begin with?). I was told I need to remove paypal from HSN in order to make the purchase, but HSN, like you, said I need to do it through paypal. Paypal said that is not the case, I need to delete it through HSN. I am totally confused and not sure how to make my purchase now. If you did get resolution, would you mind posting it here? This seems way too difficult to buy an item. Thank you! Jill
