Hi, I need help accessing my PayPal account. I have money I want to withdraw for my business loaded onto my PayPal account that my customers have sent thru for products. I runa dropshipping business so it is crucial to have the money in my bank ASAP. Each time I log in with my pass port details or driver license details it says "oops something went wrong please try again". I am unable to log into PayPal as soon as I out in my email and password I am prompted to put in passport or drivers license details and confirm my addrress. I have emailed PayPal twice regarding this matter and have only received an irrelevant email regarding US tax (I am in New Zealand). Hoping someone can help me out with this?
