Hi, To be straight forward, I recently refunded something I purchased on Steam with this PayPal account. The refund went through on Steam's end, and then later that day, a couple of days before this posting, I received the notification email as well as the statement on PayPal itself. But, for some reason, the original purchase is still on my account transaction, at the price at which I payed, and there is no other transaction into my account to outweight the purchase. For full disclosure I'll say that I live in Australia and use an Australian bank, and am not sure if that may have any effect on the delay.
