Thanks for the rapid response. As stated originally, my PayPal account was locked & I did have to submit an online form verifying my address, credit card, etc. Nobody requested passport or photo ID, or proof of residence in this case. My account was unlocked so am I to assume from what you are replying that I may now continue to receive funds above the EU flagged limit? I am strictly an individual with no business ties at all. The last thing I want to do is fall afoul of a law or regulation in this case. Thanks
