I bought clothes through PayPal on Modlily site about $150 worth (4 items). None of them fit me in my usual XL size. I doubt the XXL size would fit either. They run very small, probably for Chinese women, not American women. I told them I wanted a refund. They offered me 50% refund without the return of the items. I told them I wanted full refund and I would send their items back. Then I started looking at reviews and comments online. Apparently no one gets their money back, even if you return their items which costs about twice the price of the items to ship it back to China. So this is where their offer of 50% return starts to make sense because you have to pay the return shipping as in their return policy. And it is about twice the cost of the items per these comments online. I think this is a very shady way of doing business. They send you clothes you paid for full price through PayPal and they don't fit real American women unless they're very tiny and when you can't fit into them and want to return them Then you get a "ticket" online for each item stating your reason for return (tight bust, too small in hips etc.). They offer you 50% refund without return. Most people who have chosen the 50% return option don't get any money back and the ones who pay for the return of these items don't get their money back either. This is a very dishonest cheating, thieving company. Is there any recourse to this injustice?
