I too paid off my fourth loan early with a large lump payment. Once it was finished processing I reapplied and received error 650, I read this forum and kept trying. After 6-8 days of 650 I was approved for less than half of the previous loan. I accepted it anyway. I finished paying that new loan off a week ago in less than a month, reapplied and guess what?!
