I am a transgender man who has changed his name legally. I uploaded my accurate documents to PayPal to change my name on my account and my account was permanently limited. I have not been able to get in contact with any customer service representative. I think this is ridiculous and I am incredibly frustrated with PayPal. I do not recommend using their services as a transgender user.
