Paypal is snowed under with resolution requests. Go to https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/contact/call This give the freefone number and a 6 digit code. Call them direct (freefone) and ask to speak to an agent. I called them earlier today. Only a 7 minute wait on the phone and the agent sorted it in 2 minutes. Even gave me the date of the refund (2 weeks). All credit to Paypal on this one!
