My security dongle died so I could not login to Paypal until I had it deactivated. Unfortunately, Ebay still expects the dongle security code as part of it's login. When I found out that I could not get into Ebay I went back to Paypal and setup the security using the mobile phone but Ebay still wants the dongle key and no mobile security code is generated. When I use the 'Don't have security dongle" link I get a "fatal error" . Do I have to talk to Ebay or is this a Paypal issue?
