Hi, buyer wasn’t happy with items and we agreed on returning them for full refund. She has not done what was agreed, not even half of the items have been returned to me, some empty boxes and no items also, and I’ve had the money taken from my PayPal account, now in minus. How can this be stopped? She should not be given the refund as I don’t have my items all back. PayPal aren’t replying to my emails.
