It is not your anti-virus, browser or computer's fault. This happened to me also for messing with some settings that I shouldn't have. It is a comcast/xfinity setting. To fix it simply go to: https://internet.xfinity.com/more then under Security settings turn Protected Browsing OFF that will fix it.
