It's been over 5 months PayPal, time to fix this - it's hard to workaround and must be cutting into your revenue. Trying to change my address, doesn't seem to matter how I format the address, whether I use the USPS version or not, I save the new address and the apartment number is gone. I've also had PayPal lose the mail stop for another address (though it's showing on my profile at the moment) and I had to contact the seller to make sure they added it to the address.
