i have the same issue and my buyer and seller both account is register with paypal sandbox. but still appearing the pending status

hi everyone, I am testing a paypal payment gateway and the payment is successfully maded. I am using paypal test accounts(buyer,seller). the payment is minus from the buyer testing account and sent to business testing account.but its appearing payment is on hold. I sent $500.00 USD from buyer to seller tesing account: <removed> let me know whats going wrong?

Hi there! someone is change up my bank details and attach there bank details and withdrawn all the money that i have in my paypal balance. i dont know how he excess my account by now my money was gone. i already contact with CS and they said money was credited into that bank account and we cannot help you with this. then i talk to that that bank branch and asking for that account details and money but the refuse as well. now can any one give me any kind of suggestion how he got access? can anyone please help me to lookup that hacker? HERE IS PEACE OF INFO OF THAT HACKER: BANK NAME: (Post edited by Moderator) ACCOUNT NUMBER: (Post edited by Moderator) Can any one give me account details reguard this accoun number or give me a direction to findout?
