I applied about a week ago for the Paypal Cashback credit card. I haven't applied for a new credit card in 17 years and have excellent credit. I received a screen saying that they need more information, which I was expecting for identity verification as I had a fraud alert placed on my credit report last year when someone tried to buy a vehicle in my name thanks to the Target hack...but I haven't heard anything since, nor did I ever receive a confirmation that I'd applied. Has anyone else experienced this? What is the timeline I should expect?
