Just happened to me in the Fall of 2017.  Same address.  Except it was through my online store.  Over $5k of product over 3 transactions.  PayPal definitely doesn't look out for the business.  Provided them tracking numbers showing delivered and accepted, copies of emails with buyer, name, address, phone number but was still "found in favor of the buyer". For I may be in a different situation.  I have a hold on my account because someone stole credit cards, set up a paypal account and used that on my website.  Goods were delivered and signed for and now Paypal is telling me that the cards were stolen we can't do anything to correct it and that "thats the cost of doing business".   Not only did I show emails, tracking numbers and have saved emails from Paypal showing "Ok to Ship" I am the one with the $4500.00 debt. Including the $131.08 of transaction fees that I never collected in the first place.   Where as a company do they protect us??  They don't!
