PayPal placed limitations on our account for months now, we have a small business with no access to our funds. At first they stated that it was glitch and to just fill out some forms and send them back to resolve the problem. After weeks with nothing happening, we called hoping to resolve this. Not only the rep was very rude and untrained, she refused to let me speak with a supervisor, kept talking over me, then decided to put me on hold for 10min. When finally a supervisor decided to take the call, his response was that its not his specialty and I will have t check again tomorrow. A WAY TO GO PAYPAL!!!!
