I payed nearly £40 to a company called next day batteries for 4 batteries and a battery charger. I have used them before and had no problems but this time I haven't received my stuff. I have tried to contact them 3 times and it's been 2 weeks tomorrow (Monday 2nd april) since I ordered. Is there any way of getting my money back at all?
