So Im really not t sure where to even leave a review for PayPal so i figured i would it here. Long story short I had requested a new card i got the new card activated it under my account and it created a whole new account. Not good. Now i have no access to my previous account which mind you it has now been a week if not longer. So i called Paypal various times waited on hold for a total of 6 hours, usually in hour n half to two hour incriments waiting for someone to tell me what can be done or help me, when it seemed like i was finally getting help they would transfer me an guess too who, Netspend! oh great was that so i was just sitting on the phone for an hour and a half waiting for some help only to be transfered to netspend. So finally im sure they had seen how many times i called a gentleman finally offered to send the card an wave the shipping fee (thank you for that by the way). I got the text saying it shipped finally on the 5th an guess what Saturday comes along and its still not here so now its Sunday and of course there is no mail on Sunday so now I'm waiting till Monday, with no access to my money going on over a week now. Im so frustrated an aggrivated that they had no way of helping me an now i get told the card will come in a couple days an yet its still not here 2 days later.
