I used my credit card to make a payment to a friend. She isn't a PayPal accountholder and cannot (and does not want to) accept the payment. Yet the payment shows as "completed" in my Activity list. How do I get a refund? There is no "cancel" link on the activity listing. ... View more

I have succesfully linked and confirmed a credit card (two in fact), yet when I try to add money, it won't let me. It says I need to link a bank account , and describes the benefits, but why should I have to do that when I have already linked credit card(s)? I will never add money to PayPal from my bank account, or vice versa. ... View more
