Before I start, yes I have called the card issuer and they said PayPal was not sending any money requests at all, so don't give me that it's their fault - it's clearly PayPal's.
Now, as I try to send money with my card I keep getting a message "We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment". Before that I've been using the card with no problems and I can still use it in my daily life, so the card is fine.
Question: How does one fix that problem with PayPal? Again, it's PayPal's issue, not anyone else's.
