Hi. I am having terrible trouble with a company called Mr Vegas. I have used Paypal to play the game and have won £80. They have now asked for the front and back of my driving licence (which I sent and they were happy with) but they have refused the screenshots of my Paypal account by stating they are, 'Too blurry'. I have tried three times to do this and they are still refusing to send my winnings to my Paypal account as they are still too blurry!! Can one of you kind, knowledgeable people give me guidance on this matter please? I thank you in anticipation of your help.
