First, I would suggest you to check your bank statement to see if the payment was debited. If you used a bank account that is not registered on your PayPal account, the payment should be back to your bank after 7 business days. If you used a bank account you already used in the past, I would recommend to wait 2-3 business days at least, before contacting our services through our website directly. From the bottom of our website, you'll be able to select Contact option, and see all the ways to contact our Customer Service. Unfortunately, we cannot take any direct action on accounts or provide specific information through contacts on social media for data protection reasons.
