I made a claim and escalated it with PayPal and got the usual return the item to the fictitious address which I told them I was not willing to do. I then called PayPal direct and spoke to one of their operators, after explaining what had happened and that I had been sent a broken plastic toy and also reading the guarantee from the Yin Mendlin website ie. "WE PROMISE THAT OUR PRODUCTS AND PICTURES WILL BE 100% IDENTICAL. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A REFUND AND DO NOT NEED TO RETURN THE GOODS. YOU CAN USE PAYPAL TO PAY AND PAYPAL WILL PROTECT YOUR MONEY." and also stated that the seller had noted on the customs declaration that the product was woth $5 USD. The operator was extremely nice and agreed that I should not have to send it back and I would receive a full refund. So keep going guys and get your money back from these scammers. He is still busy with many other scams.
