I'm in a pickle! The situation is as following, I truly need this resolved, as Paypal apparantly does not comprehend my problem and keeps sending my generic copy-paste replies....
- I am European, I have a US Paypal as I was a US resident until early this year.
- Paypal wants me to upload following: SSN, proof of address, etcetera. I am UNABLE to as I'm no longer US resident.
- I'm locked out of my account functionality unless I upload these....
- I have funds on this account I am UNABLE to "claim", as I have no US bank, US credit/debit card anymore.
- I just need this account CLOSED, and be able to claim these funds, either by being able to send to another Paypal, or withdraw these funds to a Euro card or bank.
Please help, anyone. I am getting NO help from Paypal support. I really, really need the money.
