I have an unauthorized charge. I contacted seller who says they don't have record of my purchase. But Paypal says i owe it,has closed my dispute case, and when I somehow found the phone number for customer service, they told me I still have a balance. When I asked to connect me to "Customer Service" I was onhold for an hour before I gave up. What do I do now?
