I'm having a similar problem. I just added a new bank and I keep getting the error: "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction." Every once in a while I'm able to transfer maybe $100 or $5, but nothing over $1000. I raised my withdrawal limit with double verification and still no ability to withdraw a larger amount. 3 calls to customer support and no help or resolution. 😄
